Wookmama™

Wookmama exists because we’re a little obsessed with natural materials handled with real design intent. That obsession grew into a creative platform celebrating the designers and makers behind it — we curate their work on Instagram, occasionally produce documentaries, and publish books.

We’re an independent family business, doing the thing we love: Julien Derreveaux and Zari Melendez, Franco-Puertorican parents of two, living in a quiet village in Northern France. Julien is an award-winning designer and artist (visit julienderreveaux.co), Zari is an architect, CG artist, and landscape designer — together, we put our design backgrounds to work on something that’s true to our heart.
